Need Some Help!

Ok, i have 2-12" Power Acoustik FUBR subs, dual 2ohm voice coil, 900watts RMS, and 1800watts peak. What kind of amp should i use to power these subs properly. I am in a 300$ budget and was looking for maybe a mono amp. Thanx.

well that can be wired to 2 ohms....

lanzar d3000m would be a cheap amp for that... http://www.ikesound.com

check it out. that will probably be your cheapest choice....and its a little above 300 at that site...its 1900 watts RMS @ 2 ohms....there is one sitting in my room that will be used soon for a brahma 15......

What about the Pioneer GM-D500M???

Peak Music Power: 1000 Watts x 1

Continuous Power: 300W x 1 (4 ohms),

600W x 1 (2 ohm)

would it run my subs nicely?

You should give your subs wattage around 1000, since I doubt those PA's can take 900each. Your subs can be wired into .5ohms or 2ohms

once again: the lanzar d3000m wired to 2 ohms would give it the exact RMS wattage......it does 1800 @ 2 ohms....

the MTX 8100d is also a good choice....it would give you 1500 RMS @ 2 ohms....

both would work very nicely.....
