Need some Help!

Ok I plan to run 2 amps, 2 12 subs, fornt comps and rear comps, an EQ. Now the car I am getting, I will need to use the stock head unit. It is a IS lexus 06 model. What do you guys think is the best product to use to run my amps, aftermarket speakers and subs to the stock head unit? Ive seen JL cleansweep and Audiocontrol LC8 but Im not sure which would be best. Also a big price difference between the two.

any line out converter should work

What can cleansweep do though that a line converter cant?

from what i've heard the cleansweep's aren't worth the money

Why are they not worth it? I also thought that 400 dollars is a tad much compared to some line converters that cost as little as 150....What do you suggest I get then?
