Ok now i know i need the upgraded electrical from 4 gauge to run a zx2500.1, ok i have bout 200 to spend and i am looking into just buying a roll of monster cable of ebay, its 32" feet 0 gauge, that way i could also do the big 3 in 0 gauge, and i will buy a 20 pack of 0 gauge ring terminals, now i have a stock battery up front, stock altenator chevy, but i plan on trying to run 1 battery in back, its a deep cycle marine battery that i have, im wondering if it will work for now till i get me some new batterys and altenator, now i plan on fusing the wires, im not sure how many i will need, i know i will do one behind the front battery running to the back now some say you need one also before the back battery? is this true and would the fuse in the amp be ok for the one after the back battery? also the battery has top post so i will have to run terminals, now will i have to buy some terminals that have 2 0 gauge holes, 1 for the input and 1 for the output to the amp? if i just ran a 4 gauge to the zx would that still transfer the power good to the amp? also can i just run the power wire to both amps off the terminal with out going with a distroblock? and same with the grounds for both amps or do i need a distro block? and one more ? will i need a battery isolater to have a second battery? or will that battery charge without one? i never listen to my stereo with out the truck on anyways would i need one to keep it charged? thanks

Too many questions in your jumbled paragraph.

All 1/0 ga, no 4 ga. No marine battery, fusing between batts is good but not needed, fusing between amp and batt is DEF needed. Also O rings are an alternate choice to battery terminals if you cant find 1/0 battery terminals.

What other amp are you talking about besides the zx2500? Battery iso is good to have as well, stop the back batts from robbing the front batt for power when the ride is off. The battery will charge without one, to keep batt charged in the back you'll need a deep cycle charger. The iso will stop the feed from the front batt to the back if installed.

Kinetik Hc2400, Deka Initmidator 9a31, and XS Power D3100 will work just fine, all you need is one. But the XS Power D3100 is the best batt outta the 3 I listed.

EDIT: You must increase your spending limit, you def wont be able to get all of that for $200 and under.

what are o ring terminals, also well right now i am on a budget so i wanted to get started on electrical upgrade, well i cant afford a good battery right now, i have a zx150.2 for my highs, well where would i put a isolator, between what, and how do they work, like how do they turn on and off? well i may just fuse right after the front battery and between the amp and the back battery,

first thing to do is the big three, since ur on a budget...and if i can find a c&d battery, good for the money imo along with the dekas. i had an isolator, but i sold it, sorry...and i have a hammer crimp if u need help with that, only problem is that i won't be back in oklahoma till teh 16th

lol hammer crimp is a tool u use to crimp terminals, not the best way, but better than some ways //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif c&D is the brand of battery they are huge!

so what i would do since i would just run a battery in back is mount the realy up front like on the fire wall and run the power wire from the front battery to a fuse, then from the fuse run it to one post on the isolator, then run a power wire from the isolator back to the battery? correct? then if i added a second battery i would do the same in back, one power wire to a post on the isolator, from isolator to second battery? thanks

what u lost me there...lol

ok from front batt,fuse,isolator,fuse,battery,fuse,amp... the first 2 fuses are not really neccesarry if u are confident in ure wiring! as for the battery, you can get great deals on them from time to time.
