need some help...NOOBISH question

i have a 2006 grand cherokee

right now i have an alpine 9857 and it will be replaced with an eclipse AVN7000

my dash kit has a shelf underneath where the single din goes

i dont wanna look at the shelf...

what are some things that i could use to put in there, processsing etc?

and can it even be done, would i have to get rid of that dash kit?

They make voltage readers you can put in there, some guy in the classifieds was selling them for like 15 shipped IIRC

maybe i small EQ, search around for 1/2 DIN car accesories, or search for single DIN, not sure what size your shelf is

probably a 1/2 din. they make useless sh!t to fit in those too.

justsearch around for both a filler for it and a better dash kit, you will find something soon
