so advice for tweeters?? I dont wanna have like the small tiny ones and have them all over the car.. I live in a kind of bad neighboor hood.. so yea. What kind of tweeters do you suggest.. I need loud ones cuz of the X. lol

I'm one onlinecarstero.. I see they have 1 inch horn loaded titanium tweeters. 80 bucks for two of them. 120RMS each.. 96db

This was the soundstream one.. ill check the one sic just put up

thats a great price on them and they have a 5 year warranty..

1 set of them and a set of EQuake Vtek mids are keeping pace with an orion HCCA 12.2 at well over 150DB in a customers truck I did the install in... which is probably a bit more than your solo is doing in a trunk //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

he has 125 rms to each tweet and the same for his mids..

sic those TW-25S is only 50 rms.. two of them would only be 100rms.. kinda weak with a solox for bass.. how much of those can i wire up to the MB amp?

trust me... they are not 50 rms... they will take 100 all day long...

they are actually 80 rms 160 peak..

amp settings are critical when overpowering them tho.

I have mine on 125 rms all day long for over 2 years... they will make your ears bleed...

you may want to just spring for the vtek component set now... they come with the same tweeters.. in a matched set with x-overs..

I have never dealt with this company but the price is staggering...

check woofersect.com ect...

several non authorized online stores will have them just need to find the most reputable..

if you cant find em I may be able to get you in touch with 1 or 2 dealers that will ship to you but they would charge you around 250 a set... they retail for much higher...

if I was still an Equake dealer I would hook you up on the cheap but their warranty requirements are a huge PITA...
