Allright folks, I'm gonna be spending around $1000 this summer on my car for various upgrades... which include window tinting, painting, building a new sub box, and of course, improving my sound system. The tinting and painting will run me about $600-800 total, my dad might help me out a little if I'm lucky, so I'm aiming at spending around $250, $300 absolute MAXIMUM shipped on some nice component speakers. (I never thought I would live to see the day I would be willing to spend that much on some speakers //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif ).
I have some amp (Gemsound brand //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/uhoh.gif.c07307dd22ee7e63e22fc8e9c614d1fd.gif ) that claims to put out 100wrms x2 bridged, so I think that will work just fine. I'll run my old pioneer 6.5" coaxials in my rear doors off the head unit.
Anyone have an suggestions? I have no buying ristrictions, I will buy anything online as long is it is through paypal.
