need some budget level speakers

i need a pair of 4x6 and 6.5" speakers for my truck. im not looking for any high performance speakers, just a good pair of clear sounding reliable speakers. the HU ill be using is 20rms x4, 50 watt peak output. id like to keep it around $70 or less all together, or will this impossible?

Yah, your not going to have too many options on upgrading four speakers for under $100 but..

I would go w/ some kickers

and do you have any reviews on the kickers Xanthous?

and would it hurt the hu or the speaker if i used speakers that are over the rms rating of the hu? like 50rms for the speakers and 20rms for the hu?

View attachment 26526324View attachment 26526325won't hurt the head unit not sure about the kickers tho.all their stuff is china made now and i wont mess with it ,my bravox coaxials are new made in brazil very nice and clean sounding sq speakers .40 watts rms and 80 max thery are direct replacement for factory speakers .60 shipped

id recommend some memphis power reference components i can get the for like 120 new at a local shop, little over your budget but alot better than those kickers.

It's not the best. But upgrade from the factory speakers? Yes. Honestly, when it comes down to low cost 6.5 2 ways, I don't think you can go wrong with anything just about. But out of the 3 you listed, I like alpine the best. But kickers will be ok.

Now the sub.....Hmm....what's your budget on an amp/sub combo?
