need some advice

I have a 2 channel Pioneer GM-510T 760 watt amp. and it's bridgeable. I was wondering if it would be better to get 2-12's or 1-12". The amp specs say it can take 2x125 watt RMS at 2 ohm, 175x2 4 ohm, or 380x1 4 ohms. should i get the two subs that put out 125-175 RMS or 1x380 RMS sub. what kind of subs should i get?

is it not 1ohm stable? I would go for a single sub.
