So I have an old 98 nissan maxima that has three of the four speakers blown out and its driving me crazy. I'm a college student so the budget is rather tight. From what I can find around the internet my car has 4 6.5 inch speakers (some places say 6.75 inch but more say 6.5). I'm trying to get the best bang for my buck, preferably all four speakers under $75 total. I have picked out a few and was wondering what you guys would suggest. I dont have the budget or time to get a sub and install it so hopefully I can get decent bass response. I realize that coaxials aren't built for bass but I would like to know that the bass is there. I have narrowed it down to a few choices but if you guys have any more ideas I'd love some help here.
I'm kind of leaning towards the kickers based on what I've read review wise but I'm completely new to car audio. Also as a side note I still just have my stock head unit but am thinking it would be worth it to get a new head unit while I'm at it because the one in the car has a broken lcd which is a pain in the butt. I'm thinking I'll be picking one of these up for that while BestBuy has them on sale for $39.99
