Need some advice 2008 dodge ram 1500 std cab 15 no cut through

Ok so I bought a Dc audio 15 but I have no idea what lab it is, but it's masive. The guy I bought it from also sold me a 1 off dc 4000.1

I am trying to build and standard ish style truck box with a 4in port to fit behind the driver seat could anyone give me some suggestions on how to do this and how I should tune it

From what I've gathered I could build a box that would be 3.7 cubic ft and not lose any foot room

Would that be big enough to tune to 28 hz and still function properly

4" round port with those dimensions tuned to 28 hz will put you around 3.3 - 3.4^ft net depending on sub displacement
