OK, I have not put a system in any of my vehicles in about 3-4 years. I reciently was handed an 87 mazda Rx7 turbo II. It still had the factory HU in it as well as speakers. I am wanting to upgrade the system a little bit but, I dont need to win sound competions. I just want something fairly balanced and i can enjoy. I have a JL 12w3 with a jl 250/1 amp that ive had for a while. I ran it for about 2 months then it went into the closet. I installed those as well as my new headunit which is a Kenwood HU.
I would like to upgrade the front speakers first. I deff want components. I dont mind buying another amp to run them. I have always been a fan of MB Quarts. I know they used to be great but after reading a few reviews here I see some people dont like the newer ones. So I would like to know what ones to buy. Any suggestions would be great. Also what amp would be good to run them with. Thanks a lot for the help
