Need Smallest Amp Possible @ 1000 watts 2ohm

Probably not the greatest choice, but....

And pushing your max dimensions, this one.

But yeah, that Alpine PDX would probably be your best bet for your size constraints.

He only needs 1K rms @ 2ohms.......Tht amp is overkill

The specs on the MMATS amp is at 1ohm, not 2ohms, so it wont be as far off as you think.

maybe check out some of the smaller dd amps...

I have heard that they are pretty small and give out a lot of power...

In all honesty, I want 600-500 good clean watts @ 2.66 ohms... The reason I have been saying 1000w, plus should get me to the 750-ish number @ 2.66ohms.. Perhaps this might help with some more ideas?

Try the Memphis ST-1000D. They're always on ebay and end up going for about $250 or so.

With all of this said Kicker ZX750.1 would be my route. They are birthsheeting around 900 watts@2ohms i beleive. But the pdx Alpine in cool.

Here are the two Alpines that should do what you want. Also, they are rated for the same power output into both 4 ohm, and 2 ohm. One has 1000W, the other 600W.
