Need Small footprint amps, 6" or 8" subs, componets and coax

My fiance just got a new car and wants a small system in it. I would prefer JL or Rockford but im willing to look at other options.

Here is what is planned:

She would need a single 5/6 channel amp, or a small 4 channel amp and another amp for the sub. She will also need one 8" or two 6" subs. She needs 6.5" coax for the rear speakers, and 6.5" componets for the front stage. I do like to have all the same brand through the car so depending on what people have is the direction I will go in. If you are in florida that would help but its not a game changer

Budget: Cheap $$$, she also has a 10w7 and a JL 250/1 that was in her eclipse if someone is interested in a trade. I would also be willing to get rid of a pair of p2 12s with a custom box for the right stuff

A one amp system: /////Alpine PDX-5 or MRX-V60. I've got the PDX-5 in the wife's 4-Runner and love it. The MRX is slightly smaller and has an updated input section that makes it a little cleaner. Don't know about MRX's power output; haven't played with one yet. For the money, /////Alpine is still the cleanest out there.

Audison (audison.com) makes really good small high power sq amps with small footprints (srx,lrx series). Kinda pricey and hard to find online. woofersetc.com carries some, but many good shops carry them.
