I really really want to keep the image dynamics ctx 6.5 comp. that I currently have. What I dont understand is that bestbuy and crutchfield say that my car (2001 chevy s10 blaizer 4 door) that my car is capable of a 3in speaker. The ctx's say they are 2.75in mountin depth but i measured them and they are actually 3in height, so shouldn't that fit on the door pannels of my vehicle? Im not the one doing the work, I have someone doing it for me since im not capable of doing it. Any thoughts/tips?

The car is a 2001 chevy blazer four door equiped with bose by factory

I purchased some 6.5 image dynamics ctx components and the mounting depth is to tall, they hit the metal window braket. I need some components that are 2 in mounting depth so it can they can clear, The components have to be at the $200 dollar range and have to be from this website http://www.woofersetc.com/ Since

I will be exchanging. They have to be 2ohm unless the amp can power the 4ohm component. My amp puts out 125 x2 at 2 ohm and 80 x2 at 4ohm and my amp is a cadence xa 125.2. Thanks alot //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Well, I can go with a 4ohm component if my amp can power it. What's a baffle? The ctx components that I have hit the metal window braket

what do you guys think about these:

I ran into these what do you guys think?
