Need pinout on Eclipse deck, CD3424

Anybody know the pinout on the Eclipse CD3424 (I think that's the model number)? A buddy of mine has one with no wiring harness, so I gave him a spare I had from my CD8445 and he said when he hooked it up, the thing went nuts and blew the fuse... I thought the wires would be the same since the connecter was the same, but does anybody know what it is, and/or if it is different from the CD8445?

The harness is identical for all Eclipse head units for the last 6 years or so now.

So do you think it would be reasonable to say that if the fuse popped when we put power to it that there is a problem with it?

Yes, definitely. Either send it to me and I can send it in for warranty for you, or take it to Speaker City (I think they are a authorized dealer) in Vancouver. Do not take it to FS what ever you do.

I'm not sure if the unit is under warranty. It came from Audiovault, Rob sold the demo board and the gear in it to my buddy.

I'll send you a PM on CCA, this thing is DEFINITELY screwed, put 12v power to it and the thing almost caught on fire.

its just a 16 pin harness i believe. i had to get one for my 3414

It is yes.

You can see the PCB from underneath, and you can see where it says GND, B+, ACC for the first three pins.
