Okay, we're gonna use the name John Doe as the person i was buying from and we'll say the item being bought was a speaker.

So last week on Monday or tuesday, i sent a payment through paypal to a member on here to buy a speaker. i checked the buyers feedback thread it looks good, nothing negative, has a couple well known members on here for refs. So i ago ahead and send the money via paypal, it clears instantly, the date being the 27th. He tells me he'll be shipping it ASAP...prob. weds. and he'll 2-day it if he has the money. So of course i'm stoked and i leave him alone...i hear nothing from him, i do see him loggin on and off throughout the rest of the week. So now sunday nov. 2nd rolls around and i still haven't heard anything, so i msg him, "what's the werd?". he claims "i havnt shipd out yet i got caught up with work but im goin to drop it off first thing monday morning 4 sure bro...sorry for the delay". So u know, i know how it goes, it gets busy sometimes. We'll now we're to today.....he still logs on and off about twice a day, not soo much as a peep outta this dude.

give it a couple more days, then file a claim

make sure he has proof of shipping

did you pay with paypal or with a card through paypal?

I'de just cut the ********. Tell him you want a tracking number within 24 hours or you're going to do a chargeback (assuming you used a card)

Either way, its obvious that the guy is slacking. Tell him you want your ish or your gonna file the dispute.
