need opinions inverted or not

Well i broke down today i swore up and down i was gonna keep my ***** am all original but i decided today i'm putting two of my sa 12's in the t top hatch. Here is my question the box is sealed and 1cuft per sub with the sub mounted in the box it would be .86 and the reccomended is 1 for the sa 12's sealed should i invert it i would like to for looks but not sure if a sa12 would do good inverted?? Going to be powered by a slash 1000/1 and used for sq setup more than spl obviously with a sealed lol. Any suggestions are appreciated

either way it shouldnt matter. unless the sa12s exhibit mechanical noise which they shouldnt

Not possible lol in the hatch where the t tops go but the box has a t top slot

I would say build a custom ported enclosure to fit inside that area and let them breath and perform to their best ability.

Well im really not going for spl thats what my truck is for i just want a nice simple clean setup in the car

I had a 95 camero with ttops. Box was custom build to fit in the ttop slot but had to remove the oem ttop racks. Was sealed. That system I had was dumb loud...it's really up to you to invert or not.

Why would ported be inductive of suggesting you are only going for spl?

Well this box is 270$ but seems worth it has ***** am pressed in it and is the cleanest prefab i have found and it still holds my t tops and that is what i wanted imjust gonna mount them inverted i think sa's have a smexy motor and basket imo

that I can understand I guess.

You can mount them which ever way, just make sure the surrounds clear the wood or you will hate yourself in about week. lol

Well ported in general has to be tuned to a certain range and the box has to be larger just seems like a hassle, i dunno just like the idea of sealed mylast sealed setup was some w6's in a cobalt and was cleeeeeaan iwant that sound again

Haha true i am also doing all the doors and the front has 5¼ components i am thinking of running all kicker price is great and i hear they perform very good and opinions on this while were at it??
