I dont think it is, but the real question- is it worth it to YOU? its a 10" tc9 based driver.. whats that worth to you? i dont think its a "steal" in anyone's eyes though...

i havnt heard good things about the company itself: poor customer service, poor quality control, banrupcy.... thats what i heard not what ive experienced. overall the sub looks awesome, 10" 1500 rms $200...
