i was lookin into getting the jvc KD-AVX2, but its kinda high in price. i've heard some good things about this unit. i looked around to see any similar units and found these....

oh yea, and im not really lookin for a flip out monitor neither. jus something like these. wat are u guys opinions???

should i get one of the lower models, or jus cash out and get the JVC one?

and has anyone ever used or heard of these kinds?

the innovetek sucks. the rest are avx knock offs. probably just *** bad. i have the jvc avx-1 and it is pretty good. do not buy it to watch movies on! the picture is really good, but a 3.5 inch screen is far to small. as a dvd player it works well, so with visor screens or some kind of larger screen hooked to it, it is good. plays cd's very well. hasn't skipped once. lot's of options for the eq's and filters. sounds very good (surprised from jvc). i like it for mp3 dvd's. my 300 cd's can be carried in the car on 8 dvd discs. i am satisified for the 350$ i spent on it. i'd give it 7 out of 10. the controls can be confusing at first, but after i learned them, no big deal. the avx-2 has more options than the avx-1. i do not regret one penny of the money i spent on it. STAY AWAY FROM ALL THE OTHERS YOU MENTIONED. if nothing else, get the avx-1 off ebay instead of the avx-2 if price is the issue. the avx-1 lost 3 out of 10 points on my scale because of the initial confusing navigation of the panel and the screen that is much too small to realistically watch movies.

agree with the above poster. 99 times out of 100 you are better off saving up and going with something with a decent reputation cause youll usually end up spending more to replace it.
