Need opinion on Amp (mobile spec subs)

Im looking for a amp, and the configuration I should use in a sealed (2 chamber ) box.

Define tight budget?

The subs are 4ohm DVC. My suggest is wire them each at 2 ohm and connect them in parallel so that your amp sees a 2 ohm load, a 2 ch would work but will get hot to the touch , a class d monoblock (1-ch ) would work best for your application.

Looking at a 1 channel Memphis amp, says its 1200RMS or something like that, not sure of the model number, should know more today, and will tell you what it is, a buddy is trying to part with it, kinda,lol..

Yeah, the ICE is sweet, we'll see what happens. I really like the Mobile Spec line-up so far.. The subs are awesome,
