Ok, i'm powering three 4-ohm DVC subs, each with 300watts max RMS.
So I obviously need 900watts RMS total from an amp.
I'm going to wire my subs, bridging them down to my amp. This will give my mono amp a 2.7-ohm load. (as shown in this diagram)

I have two mono amps in mind, one with 1000watts RMS @ 2-ohms, & one with 900watts RMS @ 2-ohms.
My amp is going to have a 2.7-ohm load, causing the amps' 2-ohm RMS wattage to drop slightly from the estimated max.
This means that the 900watt RMS amp will not fully power my subs, while the 1000watt RMS amp probably will.
The 900watt RMS mono is $100 less than the 1000watt RMS amp.
So my question is, will the 900watt amp likely show definet, noticable difference than the 1000watt???
If its not going to be a big deal, and you probably wouldnt be able to tell a difference, then im going with the 900watt RMS mono.
Thank you for any replys!
