Need new speakers

In the front i have 6.5 infinity kappa 3 ways with infinity kappa 6x9 2 ways in the rear. I feel the highs are to harsh and the there is NO bass. I want speakers that have bass but also clarity. any suggestions? i got pioneer HU but will get a 4 channel amp soon.

u wont get much bass from coaxials esp. when there not amped. Infinity speakers are known for having very harsh highs

Kinda shitty you are throwing away your Infinities for Pioneers... They are both equally good speakers.

You know what I would do? Not sure if you are into the Big bass or just nice clean balanced bass, or if you have subs or not, but why not get an 8in mid bass sub with a small 2/ or 1 channel amp? That would fill in your lows.

Get one component set for the front, best you can afford, and disconnect the rears. Then add a sub... should be able to run everything off a single 4-channels amp if it has built-in active crossovers, most do these days.

I hate on-board crossovers. I would think even the simplest HUs have a 2way crossover.
