Need new amp

I have 2 mofo 152x DVC i feel like i want to run at 2 ohms, but i dont know what to get for an amp. I want to rms about 3000 watts Budget is low, less than $400. My ideas are a taramps HD3000 2ohm, 2 audiopipe apcl 1500 strapped to 2 ohm, or other 1500 watt 1 ohm amps strapped to 2. Possible a soundstream t1.6000 dl at .5 ohm. I think i would prefer 2 ohm though, suggestions?

Why do you want to run at 2 ohm? Is it because if you wire it down it would be at .5 ohm? If so you won't have a problem unless your using anything else but a class d amp or bad electric to to even power 3000w but that still will be and issue at 2ohm because your electric is insufficient. When your wired down to .5 ohm that is nominal. With box rise while playing you will be closer to 1 ohm or higher. Also I have a Orion zo12000 brand new 3000w at 1ohm and I can do $325 shipped

Strapping at two ohms would be a final load of 1 ohm per amp. What coils? D2 d4? And cabs a good amp for the price

Just saw 152x for 400$ two cabs strapped at 2ohms would get the job done. Be a final load of 1 ohm per amp

Its the 2 ohm dvc i feel like i want to run 2 ohm rather than wire down to .5 because i can get same wattage at 2 ohm for possible better quality i guess, i dont really know. Im kinda bew to everything with the subs, and i dont have anything to compare sound difference from 2 ohm or .5 ohm

There will be no difference in quality especially since it will be powering a sub vs mids and highs. But the only benefits of wiring 1 ohm amp at 2 ohm is the damping factor increases. And I can tell you I can't here not one bit of difference. Don't believe anything you hear. I always listen to other suggestions and ask or make my own assumptions from my own testing
