Need new Amp

Well I figured out my amp is broken... So I was looking into the Kenwood KAC-8103D. My friend has it and I hooked it up to power my crappy sony sub and it really brought it to life. I was just wondering if there are any other subs that you would recommend over this one for the same price or cheaper.

Its is a rockford fosgate punch either 2 or z dont know what it says. but it is not the current version an older one

I just want an amp that is better than that kenwood for the same amount if there are any

How about let's start here...

How much wattage are you needing and at what resistance are you needing it?

I'll assume that your Xplod sub is of the single 4 Ohm voicecoil variety?

How much power is it rated to accept continuously? (RMS wattage rating //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif)

it says 150 rms and 400 watts max and comes in 4ohm and 8ohm.

whats a good amp for that?
