I have been trying to put together a stereo system for a boat I am remodeling and modernizing. I am not much for talk so here is the info:
32 foot cabin cruiser
I am planning on 4 speakers in the galley/cabin, 2 at the helm and 2 at the aft or on radar arch (Have not decided yet) Here is a list of the components I plan on using:
Speakers PolkAudio
Amplifiers PPI P900.4 OR i320.4
Deck Alpine
Have not made a decision on sub amp or woofer yet
I am wondering what amp would be better for this particular application the 900or the 350? Would these be loud enough to enjoy when floating around the boat.
I am posting because when I go down to my local stereo shops I get mixed reviews on PPI and polkaudio, with many of the stereo guys telling me the quality is not there and the equipment will not last long. From what I have read on these forums and others is that the PPI amps are amazing for the money.
Here is my backup choices so far:

Sundown 125.4
I am also open to any input on other system components was just trying to keep this post to amps due to subsection. Any help is much appreciated.

). The red circles are indicating the other position of outside speakers on the radar arch rather in the aft seating area.
