Need measurements of 15 inch L7

Making a box for some 15 inch L7s and i need to get the measurements to make the rings. I have found the mounting hole to be 14- 1/16. If i make that perfectly square that will work right? Also, i will be making them inset, so how big to i have to make the outer ring. If i go like 15-1/2 will i be good. Someone please help me. Thanks

I think they are 15.6" outer.
