Need low bass

R T 02 2008 Dodge RAM Quad Cab 10"x 2 Truck Box Sub Woofer Enclosure 78610 | eBay

If this is the right model for your truck then it could take 2 10 inch subs and the box provides .75 cubes per sub sealed. I would look for some subs that do well in a box that is around .5-.75 cubes sealed. I would try for a sub that does well closer to .5 than .75 if you want the deeper bass since putting a sub in an enclosure that is .75 cubes would allow it to play deeper since the sub only really needs .5 or so. You do not get as much cabin gain in trucks as you do in a suv or the trunk of a car on the low notes so I always go for subs that do great in tiny boxes. The below link for the Sundown subs assuming they fit in that box would be perfect. You might have to make the cutout hole larger just depending on the box and you would want to make sure of the mounting depth as well. You could get two dual 4 ohm subs and wire them down to 1 ohm and put an amp on them that does something like 1000-1500 watts at 1 ohm and you would be set.

That might not be the exact box but you get the point also the mounting depth might be an issue for those boxes. But that is the type of sub that would do well in a smaller box there are others out there.
