I had my court hearing for 4 tickets in january and now have the trial for them in march.

the first people who stood in front of the judge were lawyers and all they did was say the were representing " so and so" and request that the judge drop the points, then the judge drops the points if the drivers record wasn't bad, BUT then they add additional charges on top of that, on top of the ticket fine.

thats what happened in ur case, and now the court is telling you to pay for the fine.

TRAFFIC COURTS DO NOT THROW OUT SPEEDING TICKETS UNLESS THE DRIVER TAKES IT TO TRIAL AND WINS THE CASE.

judges can only throw out proof of insurance cases and no proof of registration tickets, etc. at hearings.

thats what the judge told all of us ^

word, should i ask that lawyer for paper work? all the paper work?

you could, but that $150 is probably a non refundable deposit and there are no "guarantees" on anything

they will tell you that is their fee for filing the paperwork for you so honestly i don't think you have a chance in hell at getting it back and fighting over it is going to cost more than it is worth

you could also check with your local BBB and see if there are other complaints about them

bishes said it wouldnt be more than 200....its 3...well i gots to pay this shit today cuz i got my mail late if i dont do it today it gets suspenedded

Haha. I always call my Mom if I don't understand something about legality, or something of the sort. For some reason she's a plethora of information about everything.

i could of got them dropped and took a 4 hours course and paid the fine for under 200..u get what i mean

yeah i know, when i got my tickets from the douchecop in November he said thats the other way around the points, but **** that, taking him to trial is what im doing.

you could dispute it with ur credit card,,, the lawyer might not even notice, cuz each lawyer during my hearing each had like 50 drivers that they were representing one by one,, they do it everyday, so they are banking lol

never said anything like that... i would take them to court im just gonna pay up
