NEED INFO: Rear camera options

Hey everyone, I'm doing a full build / install in my truck that I will soon pass on to my niece.

I have installed a Kenwood DDX head unit and pioneer camera. The camera will do but it's not very clear. Can any of you experts please chime in with good recommendations on other camera options?
