argumentative? write something about how loud stereos shouldn't be outlawed, because if done tastefully they can be loud and still not bother innocent people.

If you have to write about both sides, first argue how loud stereoes bother innocent people, blah blah blah. Then write about free speech and all that other shit and how there are already enough laws in place to keep people from being bothered by it.
