i got a 12" rockford fosgate 12" 8ohm sub...so you can just get a amp to power it and youd be set let that go real cheap have a Rockford fosgate headunit check my forsale thread and all it needs is a wiring harness you can pick that up from rockford....as for a cap i can get you a audiobahn cap with digital readout and everything they retail for 80 bucks on ebay..40shipped,

Not interested in the 12" or the cd player but the cap I am. Is the cap charged up, because if it's not I won't be able to use it.

I'm trying to go the cheapest route for my mothers car. I'm suppling the amp, cd player, speakers and sub and she's installing it. So far I have the amp. Now I have a $100 left and I may have found a cp player for $60 shipped. That'll leave me with speakers, sub and cap. The sub can wait but speakers and cap are a must.

What?? Cap charged up? I'm so beyond confused with everything you said; or maybe it's just you... If all of that is going in her car, you definately don't need a cap. Besides all that, caps don't come charged, the battery charges them. Mailing a capacitor charged sounds dangerous.
