Need HU - Don't Need CD/DVD - Need X-Over/3 Pre-Outs

As title says. Don't need an optical drive as I will be using a Ti pen drive and my iTouch. What's out there? I have seen a couple of units by Alpine and Clarion. I know there has to be more. Also , are the x-overs in HUs very good or is it still better to use what's on the amp or go separate?
