Yes. Wire to 2ohm

2 ohm will give you 300 watts to each sub on tha amp if it puts out what it says. the rms of those subs are 250 so yes.

yes jump terminal to terminal with wire

yes. go to autozone buy the 14 gauge roll they sell for like $10 it should be good enough

Nope. Make sure you get D4 coils if you get 2 subs. But no its not
