i have a buddy who is running a power acousticbamf series full mosfet amp 800 watts 2 ohm stable. he is pushin 2 10" re subs they are the re series every time he bridges the amp it blows the amp fuse?????i dont know what to tell him,any suggestions

that amp is havein a hard time pushin those subs.. see if he has the gain up to high and tell him he should look in to a new amp.. and tell him about this place ..http://www.caraudio.com/forum/ i heard most of the people are d-bags but there is some good help..

either the subs are wired to low of an impedence or the gains are set too high

ok ill pass it on, i told him that them re subs are entry level subs they are the re series and i dont know shit about that amp i only mess with fosgate

not really but i just got off the phone with him and he said he had his gain turned all the way up so i told him to back it down to about a quarter of the way up

i dont know why u bumpin lol, but thats a start u should take a ride down to his house or have him over and show him whats up. if u have a nice set up let him check it out and who knows mayb he will be callin u for some ideas.. those subs are what 150 rms right?

800 can get you some nice used, sometimes new equipment btw. He just needs a better idea of what to do that's all

bro im running three kicker 15" l7 squares running 3,000 rms to them. he is wanting to make rocks move like mine but you cant do it on 800.00 at least i couldnt maybe you can give me some tips
