need help...

k so I was driving to get recertified today for lifeguarding and my sub was working. Well, about half way to the pool, it just doesn't work. I thought maybe it was the RCA's or something. I take the sub out and the negative wire isn't connected. Well trying to get this off didn't work. now, since it's on there so tight I can't get it off to reconnect the sub. anyoneknow of a way to get it off without stripping the little bolt/screw?

k so it was fixed. for about a minute. I went to put the sub back in the box and screw the screws back on. The wire came loose, and I tried redoing it. Me being an idiot and all now it's stripped. I know once I get it off I can get a new one or whatever. but does anyone have an idea on how I could get that little piece out.
