Need help!!!

Hey board. im a noobie and am having problems with my system again. i have a IVA-D300, 2 JL 12w6v2's and 2 JL 500/1's. the problem is that now my subs are cutting completely out, and after i switch sources and turn the phase off, and then turn it back on it will play a lil while then cut out again. Does anyone know what might be wrong? i just replaced my 12w6v2's so i doubt thats it. thanks in advance.

is the amp going into protection? how do you have your subs wired?

no the amps aren't going into protection. the subs are wired parallel 4 ohms i think. thanks 4 the reply.

Could be a grounding issue?

yea...check your grounds and holla back...other than that u should check every wire in and out of your amps...

i checked the grounds and they seem to be fine. Im not having any serious voltage drops but my alternator probably is getting weak because its only 70 amp. The subs aren't sounding quite right whenever they do play, not as loud and def. not as clear, they seem 2 be fluttering. I dont think they're blown though but i could be wrong. I"ve had 2 trade my IVA-D300 brain in for another one before and that helped because the outputs on it were bad. do u think that could be the case this time? I have a warranty on everything so i shouldnt have to spend anymore money, but i dont want to have to keep making the long drive to the tweeter i have to go to now since they closed the one around here down. please give more advice if you can.

play your tunes and look at the amps and check to see if the low voltage light comes on, it might be that if so you know what the prob is
