I need help trying to run the wire from my battery to the inside of my '95 Grand AM, i have the 3100 SFI V6 and there isnt much room to drill from the outside in. However, if i drill from the inside out, i risk hitting my dirveshatft. If anyone has done a wiring job on my kind of car, please tell me what you did.....

You don't have any factory plugs you can use? Most newer model cars have plenty of them.

If you have to drill from the cabin into the hood, jack the car up. Find the spot in the hood where you want the wire to go through, and meausre the distance that spot is from the ground and from the side of the car. Go into the cabin and plot out those same measurements, just make you you use the EXACT same measurements and you should be ok. That's what I had to do for my car and everything turned out fine.

I would definitely look around for some more factory plugs first though.

Lots of times there is a big grommet around all the stock wiring that goes through the firewall into your engine compartment. I usually try to use that same rubber grommet and squeeze my power wire along side all the cars stock wiring. Also, some grommets are like big rubber skirt. You can cut a slice in it, and then stick your wiring through that hole, if there isn't enough room to stick the power wire through the same hole as the stock wiring.
