Need Help with whinny noise that gets louder as my car goes faster??

i double checked my whole set up and can not find what the heck is going on... as my RPM's on my car go higher so does this whinning noise. any suggestions on what i should do???

Does it sound almost like a shrill whistle? Cause I might have the same noise, its more prominent when in in gears 1-3 than 4 and 5 tho even with rpms up

i am not sure but the noise is coming from the speakers that are hooked up to and amp.

i moved everything away from the rca's and nothing still making the noise.

if its a pioneer look up hot to fix the rca ground

try another pair of rca cables

check all the grounds
