Need Help with subs, not working correct

Hey guys i got 2 12 inch jbls. its the Jbl Gt5-2402BR, and after 3 weeks of installing, problem solving fixing, sooo much crap, a brand new rockford fostgate prime 500 watt amp being trash, replacing remote wires, so much, there finally running but there QUITER than the factory sub was in my 06 civic ex, and they make a weird kshhhh noise. i dont understand. im running a line converter from rear speaker wires. any ideas?

there is but supposedly only into the factory sub, that would matter when im running an amp after it anyway?
