Need help with some bracing questions.

Today I'm finally starting my box build and just need to know if bracing is necessary or just really recommended? Setup is 2 Treo Tsx 15's in 7cubes. Would just some dowels from left to right or up and down be enough? any input is appreciated. thanks

I like using strips of MDF about 3in tall for bracing. I think that your going to need more than dowels.

Here is what I'm talking about. Just maybe not quite so thick as these.

7^3 is a pretty big box, I'd definitely want some bracing in there. I've used 1 1/2" dowels and they work find.
