I'm having trouble finding anyone local that can design an enclosure and cutsheet for my 4 15" SoundStream SPLX's. This will be a daily driving with no comp use in mind. I would like a 3D diagram and full cut sheets. I want subs up and port back. I have $10 in paypal for a skilled blueprint design and cutsheet when it's all said and done. Thanks!

SoundStream SPLX-152

2005 Ford Explorer max dimensions

Top of 2nd row seat to rear hatch = 40"

Bottom of 2nd row seat to rear hatch = 44.5"

Width = 45"

Floor to top of seat = 18"

I came up with 16.44ft^3 after sub and port displacement. I have .49ft^3 left over from the gross total of what my max dimensions give me

and would like all of the .49^3 used for bracing.

Calculations with WinISD:

14ft^3 NET

35.07hz

13.5x13.5 port

17.25" long

182.25sq inches of port area

One of the side walls will be used as a port wall

I can help you out, but I'm kinda confused about your dimensions.

do you want to slant from in top of 2nd row seat to rear hatch bottom by 4.5"... or something like that?

Here you go... this is a double baffle design 13.5 cu/ft (w/.25 extra for more bracing) @ 34-35 Hz (depending on the extra bracing) with 156 sq/in of port.

Wouldn't have been easy to do the 13.5 x 13.5 and still have the drivers fit in the box.

It's do-able if needed, but there should be zero problems with the port this way.
