Need help with ported box for Premier 12" Champion Series PRO

I just sold my type R 15's to get some Fi BTL 15's and bought one Premier 12" Champion Series PRO to hold me over until I get everything in order for the BTL's. I am looking for someone to build me a ported box for this 12. Pioneer's recommendations are for 1.2-1.6ft ported. I will be using a memphis 1000 watt amp on the sub, so power won't be a problem. Since this will be a DD, I was thinking of something around 2ft tuned around 32-34hrtz. Anyone have any input on this and can you build a carpeted box for this? If so, shoot me a PM or reply here.
