Need help with Pioneer head unit that won't play CD.

Please help! I have a brand new Pioneer DEH-X2750UI head unit that will not play any CD that I put in it. I have tried several CDs, but commercial and ones I've burned. The player accepts the CD, but it's like it doesn't even recognize that there is a CD in the unit. Here is a link to a video I took showing the problem. Any ideas on what it could be?

i know it sounds stupid but try taking it apart and seeing if mabey some part is touching the cd. i know taking those apart can be a pain tho i had to do it with mine.

or try taking a cotton swab pick and touching the eye lense, like try moving the lense to one side and see if it moves back,and or just look inside to see if its rubbing, tip it over, bang on it ,if it dont work toss the player out or use the usb one it.. i know its may sound fishy but its not like your going to make it not read CDs anymore.
