Hi, I am in the process of getting some parts together to upgrade the sound system on a VW Tiguan. I'm using the factory stereo and will be adding a 6 channel line convertor to convert the speaker outputs to RCA's and run 2 sets of components via a 4-channel amp and a 12 inch Sub.
On removing the door card I expected to see 2 wires going into the door woofer but instead found 4. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wow.gif.23d729408e9177caa2a0ed6a2ba6588e.gif How do I wire up the new woofer which only has 2 connections (+ve and -ve)? Also the components have a crossover which needs to be wire up too. I've not checked how many wires going to the OEM tweeter yet.
