Need Help with new Subs...

I am looking to purchase some new subs but I am not sure what to get. My old setup were two Alpine Type-R 10's, I am looking for 12's that can be very loud but still have good sound quality. I am not sure if I want to go with one really nice sub or two decent subs. I Currently have a 1200w Rms capable amp at 1 ohm load.Here is a few subs i have been looking at and am interested in:

2 RF power series T-1's

1 RF power series T-2.

2 MTX 8500

1 MTX 9500

2 CERWIN VEGA VMAX.

1 Kicker L7

I am open to suggestions, these are just the subs i know of myself. Thank you for your suggestions.
