need help with my JL system

I am trying to get a little bit more out of my JL 250.1 and my 2 12" JL W0's. I think i do not have the amp set correctly but everything i try either gets less bass of distortion. I use to have a JL 250.1 on 4 12" W0's and i hit 146.7. I got rid of my car and then put 2 of the jl's in my new car on the same amp and i it pounded. Now i bought them new again after a couple years and i cant get it to sound have as loud or half as good as it did in my eclipse. Any suggestions.

VC config? How is it wired to the amp? How did you set your gains?

Youre only going to get soo much with 125w to each sub buddy.

We do need more info to help you better. What vehicle you got now? Different style cars will have different sound.

of course you know how efficient the jl is 150db on 250 watts is well within reasonable expected ranges

well an eclipse is hatch style. It should be way louder than anything in a trunk. Agree you BS on numbers though. Maybe 146 in the port.

My 4-door VW Golf hatchback with 2 12" Premier TS-W2000SPL and 1300 watts from a Crossfire CFA1000D can only manage 148.8dB, those JLs must of been the bizzle huh?
