I have a Diamond Audio 600.1 Amp. Right now i have 1 sub hooked up to one of the outputs getting 600 wrms@ 1 ohm. since there is 2 outputs on the amp does that mean i can hook up another sub to get 600wrms? Or will the power be cut in half between the 2? any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance.

A) That amp will output 600w+ when presented with a 1 Ohm load. No more. Whether you use 1 sub or 20 to achieve that 1 Ohm load the output remains the same.

B) If the wiring of second sub added to the first retains the 1 Ohm nominal load then yes, you will continue to get 600w+ out of your amp - but that output will be split between the 2 subs.

C) If the nominal load presented to the amp is higher than 1 Ohm then the amp's output will decrease to whatever it is rated for @ 2 Ohm or 4 Ohm (wherever it is that you end up) and then that power will be split between the two subs
