need help with lancer ground

I recently installed an amp in my 2013 lancer and it will not power up I double checked all power and fuses so I'm guessing I have a bad ground any lancer owners have a good location for a ground?

I have used a bolt that holds the back seat down. Worked good for over a year. Just fold the seats forward and you will see it.

Currently I have a hole drilled in the spare tire well, with the ground bolted to that.

use the floor pan of the car and scratch all paint away. use your own screws and star washer.

and make sure there nothing under the car were you put the screw. dont want to put a hole in a gas/brake line.
