need help with audiopipe amp

just bought an audiopipe 3k amp and basically it blows a fuse everytime the bass hits and the gain is barely up. I have all 0 gauge ofc wire power wire going from front to back as well as the ground wire so no grounding issues. I had the vfl 4480 before just wanted more power for my subs and it worked just fine didnt change anything. When i turn the gain up it will play for like 5 seconds and then it will go into protect and the fuse will blow did it on two fuses 1 was 200 amp which came with the amp and the other 250 amp i called audiopipe and they said it was the amp being a faulty amp but then again idk for sure i dont want to send the amp back if i dont have to to much of a hassle i just feel like its not the amp because i litteraly just got it today my voltage does go down to like 12.8 volts and then it will cut off and blow the fuse. Also forgot to mention it powers on fine only goes out when i turn the gain up and for some reason when plugged the power wire in the amp it sparked pretty good and it did it every time it wasnt a normal spark if you know what i mean.

I'd send the amp in that's definitely not normal. Small sparks are okay on initial power and ground install but if it continually happens and its a big spark, there's definitely something wrong with your amp.

well dang thanks for the input ill send it back i dont know if ill buy another one or not maybe i just had a bad one out of the group
