Hey guys, first post here. I need some guidance in wiring for my vehicle. It's a 2004 VW GTI. My intentions are to relocate the battery to the trunk (plan on cleaning up the engine bay), relocate the factory distribution block (upgrade to a Blue Sea as the OEM have a tendency to catch fire), and run dual amps (one for sundown sub, other for front focal speakers). I made a schematic attached below.
A) Is the wiring correct?
B) Is the Fuse sizes correct/what size fuse do I use for the power wire going to the dist block?
C) Is the distribution link okay to a 4 gauge size to the starter & Blue Sea? Blue Sea wire is about 6" in length and starter would be about 3-4' in length
Sorry for the many questions. I just want to ensure all my wiring is 100% safe before I do anything. Any information would be appreciated!
